Notice the painted white square on the wall of the canal at the right...it doesn't look like it was there 24 hours ago.
Did someone actually get down there and paint in the 24 hour period between when these two photos were taken, because they knew the storm was coming?
Or is it some kind of water-reactive paint? It's possible to faintly see the square outline in the "before" photo.
